Counselling and Psychosocial Support for Healthcare Workers (EN)

As a healthcare professional you come across patients needing additional support during their time with you. This is especially so during this time of the COVID-19 pandemic. This course is designed to give to practical skills to apply with your interaction with other healthcare workers, patients and their families as well as understand the basics of Counseling. This course will give the confidence to create a safe space for easy communication, train you to listen actively and provide appropriate and helpful responses.
