This course will expose you to the finer details of health commodity management. It will enable you to create seamless procedures and policies that ensure timely delivery of commodities as well as the frameworks involved in selection, procurement, distribution and use of these commodities. You will learn how and why products are selected, ways of managing inventory, automation of inventory management (data and reporting).
